Its all about the people! Baristar Espresso may have the 'best coffe in town!' as Levi will announce to us all, but its because of Oz's smiling face and chit chat that we love the place the most! Good on you Oz for bringing in the 'Oz Bank' tip jar, I go every day and I cant say I've ever given you my change, but it doesnt bother me at all! I love watching it grow because she deserves it!

The 'tipping jar' has to go. Makes me feel very uncomfortable, having been a regular now I feel obliged to tip for a take away !! ??

I heard the coffee was amazing..... So one morning I gave it a go and I haven't looked back since..... Bringing back the art of coffee..... Service FANTASTIC, Value for money FANTASTIC and the coffee MAGNIFICANT!!!!

The passionate barista with a flair for life adds to the flavour and love for the tastiest coffee in town. Excited by the lovely girl on the counter who remembers your name and coffee order from your first visit. This place always puts a smile on my face and is medicine to combat your Mondayitis!

What we can say.....coffee must be the best in town, because this guys closed Saturday & Sunday, we can not wait for Monday...My self, I'm sick of driving around Melbourne to find good coffee. Amazing. One word, "passion". Barista behind the machine "best coffee in town" he calls out all the time...Yes they are....

It's so hard to find somewhere you can get "exactly" the same perfect coffee everyday!!! Not to hot, not to cold, not to strong, not to weak, just PERFECT each & every time. Oz, Levi & The Boss are simply sensational in what they do.
