Lack lustre service combined with mediocre coffee and uncomfortable seats, leaves a bitter taste in the mouth as there is a sense here of an opportunity lost. Whilst the location is great and the surroundings pleasant enough, lack of attention to detail, and a coffee machine in need of a service or, at least, an experienced Barista produces the overall impression that this cafe is merely another moneymaking extension for an admittedly successful cafe chain. With a bit of fine-tuning ok coffee could be great, whilst the cakes and snacks represent reasonable value for money.

Their coffee had hardly any flavour with a burnt bitter taste. The barista used an auto frother machine which is a shame to see. The cakes were fantastic with a hugh range to choose from making my decision a half hour experience. Staff were quite rude to me on this visit but it could be that they were busy. Even so a smile would not have gone astray.

Automatic milk steaming, stressed-out looking staff, excessive noise and a generally impersonal feel to Brunetti's, has made me never want to go there again. The coffee was under-temperature It was made that way AND it sat there for a good minute before I got it and just not enjoyable. I love my coffee, LOVE IT; but not at Brunetti's.
