Coffee and service in this newest of cafe establishments has deteriorated markedly since its inception, particularily over the past month or so; the coffee recently has neither taste, fullness nor consistency - a great disappointment to those who seek and enjoy great coffee. Food, never a hallmark of Chinotto has also suffered and reflects of the fast food court convenience, at the expence of quality dining. Service, was also well below that of which Melburnians have been accustomed to expect.
