Shite - really, no idea! I go in there not expecting the world from this franchise and get absolute shite. Re: the long blacks - I can do better instant at home Crema? Never!. I ordered a Long Mach this morning just to see if I might get something that tasted like espresso - it was basically a flat white absolutely no contrast between the coffee and milk. Constant dissapointment. Great fruit toast though! Oh I almost forgot - the ambience: uncleared tables and worn couches ok if they were cool & retro - not new this milleniumonly saving grace was the Brian Ferry soundtrack.

The coffee I had here was horrible, The Beans tasted like they were over a year old, not good enough from a coffee chain who you would expect to use fresh beans. The Coffee had next to no crema and was very bitter. Only a handful of food items available most of which looked like it had been there all week. The store has nice decore to add to the ambience of the place, but every second table had piles of rubbish Empty coffee cups so ambience was spoilt
