If one of my interstate peers landed in Melbourne and asked me to take them to ONE cafe to taste the best coffee/food/atmosphere it would be Zappa. Forget the brand of coffee, or the machine, Zappa makes coffee from the heart and serves it with passion and professionalism. No inner city smugness, no fake accents and no tennis-playing housewives wanting somewhere to be seen - just the best coffee and service in town. GO!
