Perched on the edge of the Prahran Market precinct, they have a focus on alternative preparation techniques, such as ceramic pour-over, and they have a keen eye for sourcing and roasting enticing beans. They also do 10.00am cuppings for enthusiasts; a great addition to Melbourne's burgeoning new wave of cafes [July '10]
