I went to check out the new cafe by a well known barista David Morgan. Aesthetics - the building has big glass windows leaning outwards making this a light filled space great for soaking the sun and people watching. The design is minimal but in a warm and relaxing way. Food - Ordered the baked eggs which came served in a handmade terrine dish. Dunking the toast into gooey egg was a joy! Coffee - the reason I decided to check out Boundary! 10/10. This is one of those cafe's that you drive across Melbourne for to get a great espresso! Service - this place is a friendly as can be while still being professional. Smiles all round, quick service, genuine interest by staff. It seems this place already has quite a following as banter between staff and customers is very familiar. Five out of five stars!

Dave from Northern Soul has just flown the coop, moved down the road and opened up his own joint. The decor is great, quite minimalist, but stylish. While Dave was complaining that he was still getting used to the new grinder/machine combo (it IS their first day), I thought my Coffee Supreme strong flat white was tasty & well made, as his coffee always is. We had the proscuttio and tomato relish baked eggs and the artichoke, haloumi with tomato and cumin omelette. And they were really, really tasty. Full of gutsy flavours and beautiful presentation.
