It had been a few years since my last visit and it was disappointing to see nothing has changed - unkempt decor & pretentious scatterbrains still fumbling their way through the ordering system, shots being pulled beneath a thundercloud by a barista I'd describe as abrasive at best. If it wasn't for it being opposite Kensington train station & Connex's incompetent scheduling I'd never have set foot in here again. Coffee is ok but some serious streamlining is required to get this train wreck moving more efficiently... first comes ability then comes the attitude, not vice versa

Wonderful coffee. Excellent food. Consistently erratic service - Need to a adopt a system of vigilance. The addition of eftpos and improvement of tables and chairs would not go astray either
