Do yourself a favour and get down today to 'On the Corner' cafe, in Prahran, for a great coffee made by Rhoni and Thomas. A new take on an old concept, the Corner Cafe has repositioned itself in the marketplace as a serious contender in the coffee stakes, serving simple but appealing food. Try the crumbed chicken ciabatta for lunch, it's made by Frank's (one of the owners) Mum, she comes in specially just to prepare that one item! You can get a good cooked breakfast here seven days a week, served daily until 3.00 pm, and the lunch menu offers fresh and wholesome fare. The venue itself is reminiscent of St. Kilda's 'The Wall,' with its single-minded focus on outstanding coffee. And the prominent positioning of the Expobar espresso machine near the front entrance, with its own little servery window facing the street, announces the arrival of a heavyweight coffee contender in a bustling cafe precent.

Awesome new cafe, just what prahran needs.and let me tell you greville street was starving for good coffee and this beautiful barista has finally brought it there. she has been in the game for a long time, i think she is brilliant!great food, good service. owners are very friendly, just what i like..... good luck boys...you won't need it when yopu have a barista like her... cheers.

Roni and thomas are two of melbourne's top barista's, and it shows in the quality of thier work. the espresso I had here was well made, full-flavoured and aromatic, maintaining it's crema from first sip until last lick! This shining space is a welcome addition to the neighbourhood, and just the place to hang with friends, or to enjoy a bit of quiet time to yourself

I was recently lounging in my usual cafe flicking through the new addition of crema.. and i thought i would pay a visit to this cafe considering the write up was so fantastic.i had to see for myself.i visited this lovely, bright cafe during the week and was greeted by two ladies one being the waitress, the other being the barista, who bluntly said with a smile " park your arse anywhere hun"! i felt like i'd known her longer than i really had. i ordered an espresso.not suprising the espresso was extracted perfectly and at just the right temperature.smiles all round an this end. good work.

Amazing coffee! this barista is not only sexy she can make coffee making look so easy... such passion...i'll be visiting that cafe again and again!
