When we moved to the Central Coast I thought I had relocated to the biggest "coffee desert" in Australia! There are cafe's, yes. But finding a cafe with a trained barista who actually cares about coffee and produces something you'd rave about is another thing entirely! Finally I stumbled across iBar. It has a friendly and funky vibe, and the coffee (which is Toby's Estate) oscillates between fantastic and sensational. If that's not enough of a rap - I work from home and I drive there and back (40km round trip) every morning just for my coffee.
