This cafe was the winner of the prestigious 'NSW Southern Breakfast Restaurant Award' for 2011. This is a highly competitive competition to win. The cafe is centrally located, light, bright and modern. The walls are adorned with delightful eccentric paintings, by owner/artist/organic farmer, Paul Nolte. Along with Marcia McCoy, innovative gourmet chef, they have made this "A Cafe of Class". On our arrival we were greeted and made to feel welcome, understandable the cafe was really busy, but the vibe was chatty, friendly, relaxing. The breakfast was the best my wife and I have ever had... this includes France. The food being fresh local organic, and prepared so beautifully, was very tasty; we immediately understood why they won the award. The food, service and ambience is world class. This restaurant is a destination. Also has boutique accommodation available. A must visit. Review by Trevor Scott, Freelance Travel Writer. [Sept '11]
