Agree with the others; I have to say the staff here are the best you can get for this place and for Townsville. On par with some of the busiest cafes in the Capital Cities. The new shop is also great and child friendly..

Just to let you know, this place is consistently great. The same people make the coffee for the last 2 years and gets better all the time. Best breakfast in this town, and are exclusive to this coffee and do it properly too.
