Went to this little cafe in a sleepy town not expecting much. I was wrong, the coffee was sublime and was perfect in body and flavour. I commented to the barista and to my surprise he told me he'd bought the cafe 5 months ago and was trained by an australian champion. I was then told his wife was a chef of 16 years and at the moment while the kitchen was being built she is only cooking simple foods. After eating the quiche and salad i was astounded about how well it tasted, light, fluffy and full of flavour. I would recommend this cafe to anyone, the staff really know how to make you feel right at home.
