Amazing coffee and the best coffee staff I've come across in Adelaide. So many ways to enjoy a cup of coffee (syphon/ice drip etc!) And I love the new menu - well done guys!

Manager and barista Ian Callahan is the most passionate coffee snob I have ever met - without being pushy as others can be. The coffee is always incredible, there are countless options for creativity and exploring new tastes and you couldn't wish for a more generous and friendly staff.

Ever since Bar 9 opened near my work, it's become a part of my daily ritual. The food and the atmosphere are great, and the coffee is definitely some of the best I've ever tasted. The staff are so helpful and friendly that everyone feels welcome as soon as they walk inside. Strongly recommend the Japanese siphon if you're a true coffee lover and feel like trying something a little bit different!
