We were greeted by friendly waitresses. We had decided on the seafood platter for 4 at a price of $184. We were told by the waitress that they had run out of the bugs but were promised we would have more oysters and prawns. We waited nearly an hour and eagerly awaited our food. WHAT A DISAPPOINTMENT WHEN IT ARRIVED. It became obvious as the quantity and quality of seafood was very poor. There were three skewers with about 12 prawns, 8 oysters, 2 mussels, 2 small pieces bite size of smoked salmon and four pieces of battered fried fish. It was apparently Rockling but who could tell. AND a lot of mixed salad straight out of the pack wilted and undressed. There was also a plate with some form of I do not know what and two little dips. We ordered a seafood platter not salad and dips. When we complained to the waitress she said it was the first time someone complained about their platter. We demanded to see the Manager who was apparently cooking and refused to come out. We offered to pay for the wine but stated the platter was not as represented and we did not want to pay full price as we had hardly touched it. We were threatened if we did not pay the Police would be called. AVOID AT ALL COST
