Richard so much chaff it's not funny :)  Really amazed it wasn't burnt.

COE chart

Oh yeah, forgot to mention that. When I cracked the door on my first roast of this, a mild updraft threw out a few teaspoons worth of chaff which caught fire upon hitting the open air. For a few seconds, I felt like a magical coffee wizard.

So it's probably overkill for 2 afternoon lattes at home eh.  Tell ya what I'm gonna do... I'm going to rejoin CS and announce that I've spent $15k on coffee gear for home.  Then post a pic of one of these and an Aldi superauto and a bag of Lavazza.

It'll blow their minds!!  :stir

Voltage is Speed

Amps is grunt

DC motor defines the max I draw and insulation the voltage breakdown.

V and I defines the Wattage of said motor...

COE roast, 350 grams 1 2P B

I know you were worried you'd burned this roast, but look at the chaff still left in the middle of most beans. It's only *just* hit second crack, so should be a winner.

$2.5-3k of fridge for a start. CIP (clean in place) system pumps electronics etc $10-15k would be likely but against wages/waste productivity payback would be sooner than you might think.

Pffft, productivity. Do it for the love not the money

Nah, you're not getting it. It's more environmentally friendly due to the use of less bottles.

(sarcasm is a hard thing to convey in posts. This post contains it).

I can read between the lines - or line in this case
